Can I make impossible levels?
I hope not, because it wouldn't be too fun sitting for an hour trying to beat something impossible.
In Bloons for example you have to pass your own level before you can post it.

no you cant, you have to be able to beat it b4 u can submit it.

I wouldn't go as far to say that. But don't make impossible levels, it kind of just wastes time =P. Unless you think it's possible for somebody to beat it somehow.

what do you mean, you can't submit a level if you havn't compleated it yourself, the submit menu only appears once you have succesfully compleated the level.

It is possible to make / share impossible levels, people just won't enjoy them very much! (there's a "share it" button in the level editor)

There's a few of reasons I let people get the url even if they haven't beat it:

1. They might just want to quickly save something they are half way through to finish later.
2. They don't have time to beat it now because it's tough but still want to save the level.
3. They can't beat it but want to give somebody else a go.
