First try, 24 seconds.

What was the intended solution? I solved it two ways.


The first and obvious way was putting the angles at the bottom, but it's faster and easier to use the first angle to trap the big ball on the top platform and then use the second to form a trap for all of the smaller balls on the second platform.

The other pieces can be placed anywhere. Using this method, 20 seconds.
